Key Responsibilities

Monitor, schedule, and troubleshoot IT jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments
Provide high-level customer support for applications supported by DWD, DCF, and DHS
Cover second shift and backup weekend shifts as required

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience with Control-M system monitoring
5 years of experience with JCL
5 years of experience with mainframe system monitoring
Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at own expense
Ability to work remotely within the state of WI
