Wisconsin Licensed Telehealth PMHNP

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, a Wisconsin Licensed Telehealth PMHNP will conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations to evaluate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy eligibility, prescribe and monitor patient outcomes, and engage in collaborative care with psychotherapists, all while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations via telemedicine to evaluate KAP eligibility and monitor outcomes
• Suggest treatment plan changes based on patient responses and collaborate with Journey Clinical member psychotherapists
• Provide feedback on the care management system to enhance service delivery and report to the Lead Clinician

Required qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience as a PMHNP or related field
• DEA registration and comfort prescribing controlled substances for anxiety and depression
• Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric information for evidence-based clinical recommendations
• Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and a patient-first mindset
