Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Wisconsin Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care through telehealth, managing a flexible schedule while focusing on evidence-based modalities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth platforms
• Manage client caseload and maintain scheduling flexibility to accommodate personal needs
• Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
