Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the PRN Therapist will provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health care to older adult patients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions while working fully remote in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic services in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment
- Engage in community education initiatives to promote the importance of behavioral health for older adults
- Facilitate treatment team meetings and ensure compliant documentation and patient-centered treatment plans
Required qualifications
- Wisconsin licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required
