Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Wisconsin Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative burdens and a structured care model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Exercise independent treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
• Active, unrestricted license with two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
