Wisconsin Licensed Training Director

Job Summary

To lead the development of clinical training programs, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Training Director will provide strategic oversight, direct clinical supervision, and ensure compliance with educational standards while working in a hybrid or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the clinical training curriculum and onboarding programs for trainees
• Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship, guiding trainee progression through competency-based milestones
• Serve as the primary liaison with academic partners and manage internship and practicum agreements

Required qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current unrestricted Wisconsin clinical license (LP, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in good standing
• Minimum of five years of post-licensure clinical experience with demonstrated clinical supervision experience
• Experience developing or managing internship, practicum, or clinician training programs
• Strong understanding of Wisconsin licensing regulations and ethical standards
