Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse RN (Telehealth).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls to patients for clinical assessments and support
• Provide triage and administrative support based on established protocols
• Communicate with healthcare providers and manage patient inquiries through the patient portal

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL licensure
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing, with oncology experience preferred
• Electronic Medical Record experience (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
• Proficient in using Windows-based software (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel)
• Ability to work in a private HIPAA compliant workspace with necessary equipment
