Job Summary

A company is looking for a WM Trust Officer to manage fiduciary and investment management accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and company policies
• Accountable for the servicing and retention of existing accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of experience in Trust administration
• An advanced degree may be considered towards years of experience
• Basic knowledge of estate settlement, taxation, and trusts
• Working knowledge of fiduciary law and regulatory compliance requirements
