Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programmer Analyst 3 - UI/UX Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and collaborate with the project team on requirements and usability of the IT solution
• Conduct usability testing and ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices while resolving critical IT issues
• Lead the visual design and accessibility of the product, creating wireframes, prototypes, and facilitating usability tests

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing user interfaces
• 3 to 5 years of experience in user research
• Education or certification in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field
• Portfolio submission is required to demonstrate skills and projects
• Experience with design standards and accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred
