Job Summary

To support the Group Benefits Underwriting team, the full-time Remote Financial Services Analyst (Wisconsin Licensed Underwriting Technician) will manage data entry and evaluation of new employer groups and enrollees for the Self-Funded product while working remotely from Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new group enrollment data into the online system and evaluate group enrollment materials for completeness
• Analyze new business quotes/proposals and broker appointments for accuracy
• Collaborate with sales offices and underwriters to meet company objectives and improve agent satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior Underwriting Technician experience
• At least 2 years of knowledge in the health insurance market
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
