Job Summary

To ensure the balanced and secure operation of Windows servers, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Windows Server Manager will oversee server administration, manage team performance, and lead security and audit activities while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, guide, mentor, and support team members in server administration tasks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patch management and audit activities related to Windows server infrastructure
• Lead IT projects involving technology evaluation, implementation, and troubleshooting

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration with a focus on Microsoft technologies
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows server environments, Active Directory, and group policy management
• 3+ years of experience managing and directing team activities
• Ability to work off-hours as required by job tasks
