Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Wisconsin Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will manage and resolve complex workers compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims by applying analytical skills and industry knowledge
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activities in a timely and efficient manner to support outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in all relevant states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
