Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational data to forecast demand and align staffing resources with service level goals
  • Develop data-driven staffing models, scheduling scenarios, and contingency plans for member interactions
  • Lead operational analytics initiatives and support improvements in customer experience and service delivery performance


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or service operations analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing operational data and making staffing recommendations
  • 3-5 years of experience in forecasting or capacity planning in a customer service or contact center environment
  • 3-5 years of experience developing staffing plans or scheduling scenarios aligned with operational goals
  • Current resident of Wisconsin with no relocation allowed
