Key Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven staffing models, scheduling scenarios, and contingency plans for member interactions
- Lead operational analytics initiatives and support improvements in customer experience and service delivery performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or service operations analytics
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing operational data and making staffing recommendations
- 3-5 years of experience in forecasting or capacity planning in a customer service or contact center environment
- 3-5 years of experience developing staffing plans or scheduling scenarios aligned with operational goals
- Current resident of Wisconsin with no relocation allowed
