Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning or workforce planning
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing operational data for actionable recommendations
• 3-5 years of experience supporting forecasting in a customer service or operational environment
• 3-5 years of experience developing staffing plans aligned with service goals
• Current resident of Wisconsin; no relocation allowed
