Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational data to forecast demand and align staffing resources to meet service level goals
  • Develop data-driven staffing models, scheduling scenarios, and contingency plans for member interactions
  • Lead operational analytics initiatives and support customer experience improvements and resource optimization strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, or service operations analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing operational data and making actionable staffing recommendations
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting forecasting or capacity planning in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Experience developing staffing plans or scheduling scenarios aligned with service or production goals
  • Current Wisconsin resident; no relocation allowed
