Job Summary

Processing litigated accounts for patients represented by attorneys, the full-time Wisconsin Litigated Account Specialist will engage with clients regarding workers' compensation, personal injury, and other legal matters while working remotely from Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Processes litigated accounts by contacting attorneys and collecting necessary information while documenting actions in internal systems
• Ensures compliance with industry laws and department procedures while actively listening and resolving issues with callers
• Educates patients and attorneys on the healthcare revenue cycle and available repayment programs to enhance financial well-being

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 9 months of experience in collections, legal, or insurance industries
• 1+ year(s) of experience making sound decisions and resolving problems preferred
• Must reside in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
