Job Summary
To support energy efficiency initiatives, the full-time Wisconsin Market Outreach Specialist will develop awareness and adoption of energy-efficient technologies, manage relationships with contractors and trade allies, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely within the Northeastern Wisconsin area.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to promote energy efficiency programs
- Develop outreach tactics to engage customers and enhance program participation
- Prepare regular activity reports and track progress towards program goals
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to perform event planning and coordination
- Experience in market research and data accumulation
- Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and customer service integration
