Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Field Representative - Remote Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Partners with Medicaid providers to analyze and resolve complex issues
• Educates and trains Medicaid stakeholders one-on-one
• Participates in the identification, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes and solution requirements

Required Qualifications

• General healthcare knowledge of commercial and government insurance programs, including Medicaid
• Experience supporting healthcare providers, payers, or managed care organizations preferred
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
