Job Summary
To support critical priority applications, a remote Wisconsin .NET Developer will engage in web and client-server application development, including design, coding, and implementation, while working standard hours of 7:45 am to 4:30 pm Central Time on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support web and client-server applications, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Utilize programming languages and tools such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.NET in the development process
- Collaborate within self-directed work teams on high-priority development projects, including integration with third-party software and data conversion
Required qualifications
- 6 years of experience in web and client-server application development, including all phases from requirements gathering to support
- 3 years of experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management
- 3 years of experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing
- 3-5 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Object Oriented Design
- 3-6 years of experience with Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, and MVC/MVVM design patterns
