A company is looking for a Bureau of Early Care Regulation (BECR) Policy Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects to enhance access to affordable child care in Wisconsin
• Engage with stakeholders including state departments, agencies, and child care providers to support strategic initiatives
• Implement program changes and legislative priorities with discretion and independent judgment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience leading projects and initiatives, including goal identification and progress tracking
• Experience interpreting program and policy requirements, including statutes and regulations
• Experience in human services programs, providing community services
• Experience drafting policy papers or memos for decision makers
• Experience conducting community outreach and managing stakeholder relationships
