Job Summary

A company is looking for a Population Health Specialist I to provide operational support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign case and condition candidates to appropriate coordinators based on referrals/triggers
• Interact with members and providers regarding authorizations, case management, claims, and benefits
• Collect specific information from members or providers as requested and assist in mentoring new employees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• One (1) year of health care experience in a clinical or insurance setting preferred
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the corporate office
