Wisconsin RCM Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Wisconsin RCM Coordinator will manage claims for Wisconsin payors, resolve billing issues, and ensure compliance with billing policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete revenue cycle for assigned Wisconsin payors, including claim submission, payment posting review, and denial resolution
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and discrepancies by collaborating with internal departments and payor representatives
• Generate invoices for various payers and follow up on outstanding aging reports to ensure prompt remittance

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing/accounts receivable/revenue cycle
• Experience with Forward Health in Wisconsin (Wisconsin Medicaid) is a plus
• Proficient in CPT, ICD10, HCPCS coding, and Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• General knowledge of EDI reports and strong analytical skills
