Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative to support the Wisconsin Children's Long-Term Support program.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve inquiries from providers, County Waiver Agencies, and the Department of Health Services
• Utilize internal software tools to effectively research and resolve issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field
• Solid understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid and healthcare insurance programs
• Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct training sessions for stakeholders
• Independent decision-making skills within a team-oriented environment
