Wisconsin Technical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business users, the full-time Technical Systems Analyst will recommend and develop automation solutions, focusing on robotic process automation and generative AI, while working remotely or onsite in Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Design solutions to meet business requirements while adhering to departmental standards
• Prepare and update business specifications, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation
• Provide end user support and training for robotic process automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in development, systems design, or technical analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in UI Path and data warehousing technologies
• Experience with lean, scrum, or object-oriented methodologies and CI/CD techniques
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures such as HL7 FHIR and HIPAA X12
