WMS Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WMS Implementation Engineer responsible for onboarding customers onto a Warehouse Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle WMS implementations for customers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Perform discovery to identify detailed operational requirements for warehousing processes
• Translate operational processes into effective software configurations and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing WMS software in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and configuration validation
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Proven organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
