WMS Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WMS Program Manager - Legacy Modernization & Cloud Migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the WMS rewrite and modernization program, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Oversee the implementation of warehouse management solutions and guide the decommissioning of legacy platforms
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, translating business processes into actionable software requirements and facilitating process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management experience with complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• 5+ years of hands-on WMS experience, including legacy modernization and new WMS rollouts
• Experience with multi-site DC WMS deployments in the retail or automotive sector
• Solid Agile/Scrum delivery experience; Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred
• Familiarity with WMS vendors or custom-built cloud-native WMS solutions
