WMS Support Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time WMS Support Specialist will serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and the WMS Department, providing frontline support, collaborating with IT and operations teams, and managing WMS maintenance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline WMS support, including hardware and network assistance
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to resolve issues and enhance WMS functionality
• Create and modify reports using SQL queries and front-end tools

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and WMS software, preferably HighJump WA
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuring WMS systems and hardware
• Knowledge of supply chain applications and WMS concepts
• Experience leading WMS testing, including Functional Testing and UAT
