Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health Patient Advocate - Inbound (Remote) in South San Francisco, CA, United States and one more location (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers each day through phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Handle a variety of inquiry categories including questions about products and services, insurance billing, and test result delivery
- Collaborate with teams and leadership to develop best practices and improve customer service and experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
- Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
- BA/BS preferred but not required
- Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X
- Enjoys problem solving and identifying patterns
