Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health Patient Advocate - Inbound (Remote) in South San Francisco, CA, United States and one more location (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers each day through phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Handle a variety of inquiry categories including questions about products and services, insurance billing, and test result delivery
  • Collaborate with teams and leadership to develop best practices and improve customer service and experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/biotechnology
  • Experience using customer service applications, such as Service Cloud and Salesforce
  • BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X
  • Enjoys problem solving and identifying patterns
