Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of calls, averaging 75 per day
  • Research and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records while adhering to HIPAA and PCI compliance


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years or more of customer service experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 3 months or more of XIFIN experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1 year or more of specialty testing or genetics healthcare customer service experience
  • 1 year or more of Medicare/Medicaid or collections billing experience
