Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls, averaging 75 per day
- Research and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records while adhering to HIPAA and PCI compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years or more of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3 months or more of XIFIN experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 year or more of specialty testing or genetics healthcare customer service experience
- 1 year or more of Medicare/Medicaid or collections billing experience
