Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and provide hiring status updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) preferred
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; experience with Greenhouse is a plus
• Experience with Google Suite and sourcing passive candidates using various hiring tools
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment
