Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor in Wood Science and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses in Wood Science and Engineering, focusing on wood products business and marketing
• Provide mentoring and opportunities for students from underrepresented groups to promote equitable outcomes
• Develop and deliver distance education courses and potentially a graduate class in forest sector business and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in wood science, business, or a related field
• 2 years of lead work, training, or teaching experience
• 2 or more years of experience in business, sales, and/or marketing
• Familiarity with various wood products and global markets
• Commitment to promoting equitable outcomes for all learners through life experiences or education
