Job Summary

A company is looking for a Word Processor/Electronic Publisher to support environmental projects and ensure quality in client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document production processes, including drafting, technical editing, and finalization of deliverables
  • Produce complex documents and ensure formatting for publication using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Maintain document control and coordinate review cycles while adhering to schedules and budgets
Required Qualifications
  • BA Degree with 2+ years of experience in document development
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Adeptness in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and technical editors
