Job Summary
To support a dynamic development team, the full-time WordPress Developer will create and customize themes and plugins, implement front-end interfaces, and integrate APIs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Create and maintain custom templates and page layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize websites for speed and scalability while troubleshooting and debugging issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
