Job Summary
A company is looking for a WordPress Developer to support their portfolio of nonprofit & government organizations within their Support Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development of websites and web-based applications
- Build high-quality, accessible, and performant solutions using PHP, TWIG, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write custom plugins for WordPress and oversee the implementation and configuration of existing plugins
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of WordPress development experience including custom themes and plugins
- Experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP) and writing custom WordPress plugins with PHP
- Experience with modern JavaScript and familiarity with a front-end framework
- Familiarity with version control and Agile software development methodology
- Desire to continually learn new technologies, techniques, and tools
