Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of development experience
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing developers
• Expert-level experience in WordPress development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and technical SEO implementation
• Experience in agency or multi-client environments preferred
