WordPress Implementation Contractor

Job Summary

Supporting the marketing team on a contract basis, the WordPress Implementation Contractor will execute website, SEO, and CMS-related tasks remotely, focusing on maintaining and optimizing WordPress content according to established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update WordPress pages using approved templates and documented requirements
• Execute SEO implementation tasks, including metadata updates and content optimization
• Maintain website content, plugins, and performance tracking while supporting ongoing website improvements

Required Qualifications

• Solid hands-on WordPress experience, including building and editing pages and managing plugins
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to write and edit without a visual editor
• Basic knowledge of SEO, including understanding title tags, meta descriptions, and H1 structure
• Able to follow written documentation and execute tasks without verbal walkthroughs
• Reliable communication skills to clarify uncertainties before proceeding with production
