Job Summary

Promoting high-quality WordPress plugins and themes, the full-time remote WordPress Sales Support Specialist will manage accounts and sales communications while providing customer support and product knowledge to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage inbound and outbound sales communications
• Provide customer support by identifying solutions to WordPress-related concerns through various communication channels
• Maintain CRM hygiene while nurturing sales leads and conducting Zoom calls with potential and existing clients

Required qualifications

• Strong familiarity with WordPress, including themes and plugins
• Proven experience in sales support and accounts and billing support
• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Support position
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Skilled in spreadsheets and data entry
