Job Summary

Seeking a WordPress Site Speed Expert, the full-time remote position will focus on optimizing site speed and improving Core Web Vitals for high-traffic client sites, utilizing various tools and plugins while ensuring excellent customer support and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals issues on client websites
• Utilize WordPress plugins and tools to enhance performance and fix layout shifts
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding site improvements and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Advanced to expert-level WordPress skills
• Significant experience with site speed optimization, including WP Rocket and Perfmatters
• Intermediate CSS knowledge for troubleshooting layout issues
• Experience using testing tools like PageSpeed Insights and Web Page Test
• Strong written communication skills in American English
