Job Summary

A company is looking for a WordPress Support Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Resolve incoming support tickets related to content updates, plugin issues, and layout troubleshooting
Perform edits and updates on custom-coded WordPress sites
Manage and troubleshoot hosting issues including cPanel and DNS records

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on WordPress experience with custom-coded themes
Experience with custom PHP and WordPress template hierarchy
Familiarity with cPanel, DNS management, and SSL installation
Experience using a ticketing system, preferably Zendesk
Ability to write custom CSS
