Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - WordPress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound client requests promptly and set clear expectations
  • Identify client needs and translate them into clear direction for the internal team
  • Coordinate work across ticketing systems and communicate project status to clients and the team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Solid working knowledge of WordPress and common issues related to plugins and themes
  • Familiarity with web hosting concepts, DNS basics, and SSL
  • Experience with common page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, or similar)
  • Exposure to eCommerce, membership, or LMS plugins is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
