WordPress Support Technician

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive WordPress Support Technician, this part-time remote position will manage updates for high-traffic client sites, ensuring minimal disruption and troubleshooting any issues that arise post-update.

Key responsibilities

• Perform updates on WordPress core and plugins for multiple client sites while minimizing interruptions
• Conduct post-update quality assurance testing to ensure site functionality
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding updates and potential issues based on changelogs and bug reports

Required qualifications

• At least intermediate skills and knowledge of WordPress
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• General understanding of servers and web hosting, including SFTP
• Experience with site maintenance tasks
