Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote WordPress Support Technician, the ideal candidate will manage client support inquiries, troubleshoot WordPress issues, and assist with onboarding, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Triaging incoming support requests and providing personalized solutions for client inquiries
• Assisting with new client onboarding and maintaining proactive communication to build trust
• Collaborating with team members and responding to alerts regarding site performance and security

Required qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including troubleshooting and customization skills
• Intermediate proficiency in CSS and PHP for site adjustments and error resolution
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles
• Strong understanding of web hosting, domain management, and DNS setup
• Ability to communicate effectively in written American English
