Job Summary

A car rental company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Representative in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service and collect required information from the customer on every call per established criteria
• Providing timely and accurate information reflecting a customer-oriented image for the company
• Offering alternatives and options to overcome customer objections

Required Skills:

• One year customer service experience
• One year of continuous work experience at the same employer
• Must be at least 18 years old
