Job Summary

We are a bulk sales and marketing company. We analyze business' weakness and strength, followed by helping address them. We address by providing new tangible or branded tangible products, web design/development, Administrative/Co-Manage, Sales/Marketing, etc that are all required for success in any business.

We are needing new Sales Team to help b2b Sales/Market.

Sales Rep/Professional is Required:
-proven history of success in sales with aggressiveness towards reaching goals.
- have a determined personality, driven
to reach any goal financially rewarding.

-handle high stress

-large network of decision makers
-not afraid to cold call
-keep records/basic bookkeeping
-meet reasonable quotas with tiers
-aid in running of business
-extravert, not afraid to give tips, ideas or other assets of business as a team
-experience in bulk sales or with the same type of customers (bulk buyers, business whom to grow, businesses with "good problems", retail etc)
-desire to move up in command, and help company grow
(do not need anyone who has to be micro managed)





Compensation:
-will be given a quota/minimum expected sales amount for our business in probationary period
-will be determined based on your desired base amount

NOTE: We have other positions open as well. Ideal candidates will be able to assist or do in full other methods of marketing (internet marketing, social media, forum, discussion boards, network, RSP proposals, TXMAS, telemarket, etc )

-Base (compensation) for the long term and rather contract offer based on the performance during probation.
-If 12 month contract offered, performance will be assessed every 3 months.
-hire high qualified sales team, motivate them, train when tiers not reached,
create higher goals as reached, competitions, rewards/other chances for bonus
