Job Summary

A marketing communications agency needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Determining operational objectives by studying business functions
• Improving systems by studying current practices
• Recommending controls by identifying problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years of experience in technology/business analysis
• Strong experience in eliciting, defining, analyzing and documenting business and user needs in the form of business, functional, non-functional requirements, size, complexity, priorities, and risks
• Experience in project scope governance, change management and project processes
• Ability to drive the fit gap analysis
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Deeply understand business processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions with developers and designers, clients and other analysts
