Job Summary
A global leader in Business Process Outsourcing has a current position open for a Work at Home Cable Industry Technical Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls regarding technical issues and general billing inquires
- Accessing customer records and verify customer account information
- Scheduling a technician visit when an issue cannot be resolved via traditional troubleshooting methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to attend job-related training: new hire and refresher training, new product or service updates, and product cross-training
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have direct client contact technical support experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong problem-diagnosis and problem solving skills
