Job Summary
If you are a highly-motivated result driven individual with a customer focused/sales background and excellent communication skills, we invite you to join our team as a Client, Sales, & Support Specialist for our Client Management & Support Division . This role will be delivering high standards of support and sales in our ClientManagement & Support Division.
The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve customersales /support goals and meet clients' expectations. This is a customer contact position and is an audio/visual position communicating with our clients ' customers via phone andpossibly video . This is a part-time contract , remote (work from home office position).
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Assist customers with account management and maintenance.
Go the extra mile to drive outstanding customer service.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proven working experience as customer service and cross sales associate
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota and customer service performance metrics
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Other Requirements :
*Virtual or remote customer service experience
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) a plus.
* Must have a home office.
* Must pass training and certification.
* This is a contract position and candidates should have their own computer, high-speed internet connection, and land-line (AT&T or Comcast)phone that meets our requirements.
* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug-screening.
