A software company is filling a position for a Work at Home Consul Backend Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing novel algorithms within the context of our open source tools
- Building systems for managing extremely large-scale global fleets of resources
- Working on next-generation distributed systems for infrastructure management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to knowledgeably discuss performance, security, and user interactions in complex systems
- Comfortable with low-level programming
- Familiar with service-oriented architectures, and ideally have seen them in operation on a global scale
- Prior experience working in high performance or distributed systems
