Job Summary

An engineering and technical startup firm is filling a position for a Work at Home Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Continuing to foster relationships with clients in the AEC industry
• Working with clients and different parties involved in our projects to resolve questions/roadblocks

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with inside sales or the desire to get involved in sales
• Customer service and/or project management in the AEC field
• Very strong communication and management skills
