We are looking for an incredibly driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision to join our dynamic Communication and Customer Support team. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER
You do LOTS of writing! Our team spends a significant amount of time communicating with customers across various online platforms, educating them about a healthy lifestyle and helping them broaden their understanding of the microbiome. We don't cut and paste our responses as we value authentic, informed, human interaction.
You make every customer feel heard, valued, and supported
You are constantly up to speed on all company formulas and latest research around the benefits of probiotics
You work on long and short-term projects of many kinds and have many types of inquiries on which to follow-up
You answer customer emails and respond to a large amount of questions and online reviews
You work with a high performing, self-managed team that is supportive, collaborative, and delivers rock star performances with each customer interaction
You do a lot of research! The ability and drive to research and source information is necessary to support our customers and ever-increasing knowledge base
You will constantly find yourself thinking outside the box and searching for creative solutions (often on the spot)

EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Writing wizardry with a background in online customer support or management.
You write well, understand the importance of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. If you cringe when you see a typo in a book or news article, you're speaking our language.
You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You're going to take ownership of your time and workflow and truly make a difference.
OTHER DETAILS
This is a full-time position. The hours are flexible and also may include occasional weekends. You must also have a quiet, professional location for customer phone interaction during shift hours. Most of our communication is in English, but multi-lingual applicants who have excellent written English skills are encouraged to apply!
